GoPro Karma drone repair services include:

Repair Fees are $75 + return shipping and PayPal Fee ($5)
In the event that the drone is unrepairable due to some underlying electrical problem (uncommon), notification will be sent with options to proceed. Tennovative Engineering Solutions offers board level repairs if the repair is feasible. If the drone is deemed as unfixable, notification will be sent and no repair fees will be assessed. Customer is responsible for return shipping + associated PayPal fee.
WHAT TO INCLUDE:
The components that require repair and updates are:
- Karma Drone Unit (repair and update)
- Karma Controller (update if older than 2.50.1)
- Karma Stabilizer (automatically via controller)
- GoPro Hero4,5,6, or 7 (automatically via controller)
DO NOT ship the GoPro Karma main battery. (The camera battery is low capacity and is safe to ship.) Doing so will flag the shipment as containing Hazardous Materials and will force the carrier to transport via Ground Services only. This could add several days to the shipping time both ways.
BOX DIMENSIONS:
The size of the box is important to minimize shipping costs.
The recommended box size is 24″ x 15″ x 10″.
Exceeding 10″ in height will almost double shipping price.
Shipping weight should be around 6lbs (10lbs in the case).
Some people prefer to ship their drones in the GoPro Karma Travel Case. This is not required but it does help protect the drone.
Consider using a shipping service like PirateShip.com as it can save you a significant amount of money on shipping.
